What is your mission as a brand?
We’re a creative initiative based in Ireland, born from a love of the arts and a desire to make them accessible. After years of hosting events and markets to promote local artists, we’re now launching our own line of minimalist, design-forward products that reflect real feelings, unspoken truths, and modern desires. We want art to feel personal, fun, and part of your everyday life.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes — and proudly so. All our products are made to order in partnership with Printify, meaning nothing is mass-produced or kept in warehouses. This significantly reduces waste and overproduction, making every purchase more intentional and planet-friendly.
We offer a range of minimalist and expressive lifestyle products — from wearable art to everyday items — each designed to reflect authentic voices, needs, and humor. Every piece is created with intention and a touch of rebellion.
What is the return policy?
All Sales Are Final (With Exceptions)
Because all our items are made-to-order, we do not hold stock or accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or general dissatisfaction. Each item is created especially for you — helping us keep waste to a minimum and stay true to our sustainability values.
Return/Refund Eligibility
We will offer a replacement or refund if your item:
• Arrives damaged or defective
• Has a major printing error
• Is incorrect (wrong item, color, or size not matching your order)
In those cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the resolution process. You can also refer to Printify’s Return Policy for detailed information.
What We Need From You
To request a replacement or refund under the reasons mentioned above, please:
1. Email us at internationalgallerydublin@gmail.com
2. Include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
We’ll handle the issue in coordination with Printify, our trusted production partner.
What Happens Next?
• Once your request is reviewed, we’ll let you know if you’re eligible for a free replacement or full/partial refund.
• If approved, you won’t need to return the original item — we’ll send a new one at no extra cost.
Processing Time
• Issue review: 1–3 business days
• Reprint or refund issued: 3–5 business days after approval
• Replacement delivery time depends on your location (typically 5–10 business days)
Wrong Address?
If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided during checkout, and the package is undeliverable or returned, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your address when placing your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
As all our products are made on demand, it will vary from product to product. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping varies by location:
• Ireland & UK: 3–7 business days after production
• Europe & US: 5–10 business days after production
Those details serve as guidelines but you will be able to see at the checkout the correct estimate time for your purchase. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships as well.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are printed and fulfilled by a network of Printify-approved print providers worldwide. Your order will be produced at the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible, helping reduce carbon footprint and shipping time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase any of our items and it will be included in the final price.
Are there any customs fees or additional charges?
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase or shipping price. We recommend checking with your country's customs office for more information before placing your order.
Can I customize a product or request something specific?
Absolutely! Many of our items are customizable — whether it’s color, text, or layout. If you have a special request, idea, or even a phrase you want to see on a product, email us and we’ll do our best to bring it to life. We love collaborating with our community.
Do you offer bulk orders or custom event collaborations?
